Administrative Assistant

Applications are invited for the position of Administrative Assistant for IITCOE at IIM Ahmedabad.

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate, +2 years of relevant experience

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication in English (written and oral)

  • Well versed with Microsoft office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)

  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing and documentation

  • Coordinate with all project stakeholders and members of the centre

  • Maintain project accounts and coordinate with different sections of IIMA with regards to the centre

  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments and events of the centre

  • Maintain office supplies and make travel arrangement for the centre

Salary: Salary will be competitive and based on the qualification
